We understand that sometimes on the internet you don't get quite the feel for a product as you do when you see it in the flesh so... If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To return products you must inform us in writing or in another durable medium. You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own costs (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
Kindly use the original packaging when sending the goods back and return the products with the proof of purchase. You are advised to retain the proof of posting.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return them at your expense.
Please note: Once your mirror or cabinet is installed & fitted to the wall, we cannot give you a full refund. So please check the product suits your requirements before you install. Returned products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:
1. You return your product without proof of purchase
2. Without original complete packaging and parts
3. If you have installed the product, we cannot give a full refund
