    The mirror was purchased as a Christmas present and the company pulled out every stop to make sure we received it before Christmas. Very impressed with their customer service... thank you so much for your efforts, they were greatly appreciated. We have not opened it yet as it's going to go into our new house when it's built early this year.

    I ordered my mirror on Black Friday and due to high demand received an email telling me my order would be slightly delayed. I appreciated this email as it was straight up honest no BS and promised that my mirror would be dispatched no later than 18th Dec for Christmas - true to his word delivered.
