(i) Returns

Return Of Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, please upload an image using the form below. Items authorised for return should be received in a good complete condition with all component parts.

General Returns
For a full refund, the item must be returned via your own courier, in a new condition and with all the original packaging, fixtures and documentation.

PLEASE NOTE: Any bespoke items (including those with additional add-ons), returned either for an exchange or full refund will encounter a £30 non-negotiable re-stocking fee. This is separate from the £25 collection fee per item which applies to circumstances where we collect the item(s).

If the packaging is incomplete or damaged a nominal non-negotiable restocking fee of £35.00 will be applied. We cannot accept and will not credit an item that has been installed on a wall.

To ensure your refund isn't delayed, please place a copy of your original invoice within the packaging of the item(s) you are returning.

(ii) Warranty Claim

The above return conditions don’t apply for any warranty claim, by filling this form it doesn't mean you have to return the item back to us, but we will contact you with a solution to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
