10-Year Guarantee

We offer a 10-year guarantee on all parts* on all our bathroom mirrors & cabinets from the date on your invoice. One must have this invoice handy as we will need proof of purchase of the product for any sort of warranty claim. The invoice is always emailed to you after order. If for some reason you do not receive this, please contact us as with out this invoice proof we will not validate claims.

Diamond X Hollywood Guarantee

Our range of Diamond X Hollywood mirrors come with a free 10-year (excluding LED bulbs and some models, check descriptions). The Hollywood mirrors are not only a timeless classic but are also built to withstand the test of time. 

14-Day Right to Cancel

We understand that sometimes on the internet you don't get quite the feel for a product as you do when you see it in the flesh so... If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To return products you must inform us in writing or in another durable medium. You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own costs (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Kindly use the original packaging when sending the goods back and return the products with the proof of purchase. You are advised to retain the proof of posting.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return them at your expense.

Please note: Once your mirror or cabinet is installed & fitted to the wall, we cannot give you a full refund. So please check the product suits your requirements before you install. Returned products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:

  1. You return your product without proof of purchase
  2. Without original complete packaging and parts
  3. If you have installed the product, we cannot give a full refund

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Important Information

GENERAL RETURNS

For a full refund, the item must be returned in a new condition with all the original packaging, fixtures, and documentation.

PLEASE NOTE: Any bespoke items (including those with additional/ upgrade add-ons such as Bluetooth Audio, Spa-mode and Aura underlighting), returned either for an exchange or full refund will have the value of said upgrade/add-on deducted from the refunded total.

If the packaging is incomplete or damaged a nominal non-negotiable restocking fee of £35.00 will be applied. We cannot accept and will not credit an item that has been installed on a wall.

To ensure your refund isn't delayed please complete the online Guarantee & Returns Claim Form and copy of the original invoice in a prominent location inside the packaging.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Items authorised for return should be received in a good complete condition with all component parts.

South West Lighting Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, goodwill, business revenue or otherwise) costs, expenses, or any other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their resale by the Customer.

Return Disclaimer: For Upgraded Items - £50 Restocking Fee Please note that a non-negotiable £50 restocking fee applies to all returns of upgraded items. This fee covers inspection and restocking costs. Thank you for your understanding.

When will I get my refund?

Usually within 7-10 days of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 3-4 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
